Job Description: Vice Chairman
- Second-in-command, assumes Chairperson’s duties in case of absence, incapacity, or death.
- Presides over meetings when the Chairperson steps aside to give an opinion.
- If both Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson are unable to serve, the SCNA District/Council Chair presides.
- Chairs the Finance, Ways, and Means Committee.
