SCNA Logos and Standard Images – Terms of Use

1. Purpose and Permitted Use
   The official logos and standard images of the (SCNA) are valuable assets that represent the identity and integrity of the organization. These logos and images may only be used for the following approved purposes:

• Official SCNA show and promotional flyers
• Official SCNA events and related materials
• SCNA-sanctioned publications and media
• Educational materials related to SCNA and its mission

2. Prohibited Use
   The SCNA logos and standard images may not be used for:

• Personal use, including but not limited to personal websites, social media, or merchandise
• Personal farm branding, business logos, or other commercial identifiers
• Any materials not explicitly approved by SCNA
• Any use that implies endorsement by SCNA without prior written consent
• Any use that may harm the reputation of SCNA or misrepresent its mission and values

3. Approval and Compliance

• Any use of the SCNA logos and standard images must adhere to SCNA’s branding guidelines.
• SCNA reserves the right to deny or revoke usage permissions at its discretion.
• Unauthorized use may result in legal action or other appropriate measures.

4. Modification and Alteration

• SCNA logos and images must not be altered, distorted, or combined with other images without explicit approval.
• Color, proportions, and design elements must remain consistent with SCNA’s official branding.

5. Enforcement
   SCNA retains the right to take action against any unauthorized use of its logos and standard images. Individuals or organizations found in violation of these terms will be required to remove the unauthorized usage immediately and may face additional consequences as determined by SCNA.
