Membership Committee

The Membership Committee, chaired by the District Chair and appointed by the SCNA Governing Council Chairman, plays a vital role in growing and sustaining the organization. This committee is responsible for several aspects of membership, including:

• Recruitment & Retention: Developing strategies to attract new members and keep current members actively engaged.
• Engagement & Participation: Creating initiatives to encourage involvement from all members, including outreach and follow-up.
• Youth Programs: Planning and supporting programs that involve and inspire youth, ensuring the next generation is involved.
• New Ideas: Proposing fresh, innovative approaches to increase membership and improve member experience.
• Fun Projects & Events: Organizing enjoyable and meaningful activities that build community and foster connection among members.
