Ways and Means Committee

Chair: Vice Chair of the SCNA

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Approval of Monetary Requests:
   • Reviews and approves financial requests submitted by:
     • The SCNA Governing Council
     • Committee Chairs
   • Ensures that requests align with SCNA’s goals and available budget.
2. Grant Management:
   • Handles all matters related to grants for shows or events sponsored by SCNA.
   • Evaluates grant applications, allocates funding, and monitors usage to ensure compliance.
3. Financial Oversight:
   • Plays a critical role in maintaining the financial health and accountability of SCNA activities.
   • Works closely with the Treasurer or finance team (if applicable) to assess funding availability and priorities.
